LEED Platinum Certified, Affordable Urban Midrise

$25 Members/$35 Non-Members
This Pro Tour brought attendees to Creston Avenue Residences, a LEED Platinum Certified, 66-unit development with 21 units set aside for chronically homeless adults. This building, designed by event host Magnusson Architecture and Planning, is one of the few Platinum Supportive Housing buildings in the US. It is also the first building funded by the New York State Medicaid Redesign Team Housing Capital Program. Attendees learned about the project's design and funding history, social and environmental goals, sustainable features, and the first three years of performance data.
