Primary Responsibilities
- Assisting sales staff in initial investigations, project exploration, material/product specifications
- Developing 3D models for estimating and client presentations
- Communication with internal project teams including Building Systems, Timberframe, Project Management, Estimating, and Engineering
- Generating documentation for contracts including drawings, estimating, material takeoffs
Skills and Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology or equivalent experience
- Information Modeling Computer Aided Design study or experience
- Construction experience preferred
- Spatial intelligence
