Bensonwood, a design-build company, located in Walpole, NH, seeks Building Systems Associates to join its growing team.

Position Summary

This role will be part of the Building Systems Team currently located in our new facility in Keene, NH. Reporting to the Building Systems Team Leader and working with a team of 25 associates, this role will assist in the production of all building systems that create a ‘Bensonwood Home’.

We are willing to train the right candidate for this full-time role but the ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years on-site experience
  • Computer literacy and familiarity in AutoCAD or similar programs helpful
  • Desire to learn & apply innovative green building techniques
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic with a can-do, positive attitude
  • Ability and desire to travel are required as this role includes approximately 30% site time

Essential role functions

  • Standing for long periods of time, walking and running
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls
  • Ability to:
    • Lift at least 100 lbs
    • Safely operate hazardous equipment
    • Navigate in a fast-paced environment
    • Work in all weather conditions and temperatures
    • Work overtime if required
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation will be based on skill level and experience with anticipated hourly wage range between $14-18 per hour
