CLEAResult is seeking passionate, results-driven individuals to promote energy efficiency in a rapidly advancing, highly-competitive industry. Energy Audit Project Managers perform comprehensive Mass Save Home Energy Assessments of residential homes, build and maintain customer relationships, and cultivate energy efficiency upgrade opportunities within customers’ homes.

• Thorough assessments of residential homes from foundation to roof, focusing on: thermal envelope, HVAC and water heating, appliances, lighting and electronics, and health and safety
• Installation of energy-saving measures such as LED light bulbs, thermostats and water fittings
• Data collection and reporting using comprehensive energy modeling software
• Weatherization job specification, sales, and workplan diagramming
• Identification and promotion of all program-eligible energy efficiency upgrade opportunities
• Homeowner education and full life cycle relationship and project management

Job Description

• An engaging personality and an eagerness to learn
• Interest in energy efficiency, building science, residential construction or similar
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High school diploma and relevant experience also acceptable
• A reliable vehicle with room for equipment and inventory, as well as secure home storage space

Compensation:

• Base + Commission - Hourly including commission, potential annual earnings average between $55K - $75K
