This is an entry/mid-level opportunity for a motivated individual who is willing to work in a startup environment to learn new concepts in Energy Efficiency/Green Construction and show that s/he can bring immediate value to the organization. This is a multi-disciplinary position, which requires some office work, field activities and customer interaction. We are looking for a motivated and energetic marketing/sales person with a proven track record to help grow our business in the Greater Boston Area. If interested we will also teach you how to do energy modeling, field inspection/testing, etc. depending on your potential and interest.
o Systematic approach to identify new clients
o Direct communication by e-mail or phone with potential clients and be able to close a deal
o Coming up with innovate new marketing approach to help grow the business
Desired Skills and Experience
o BA/BS degree or at least 2 years of proven successful sales record
o Exceptional communication skills both in writing and verbally
o Very organized and be able to keep good track of sales region covered in details
o Past experience dealing with builders and architects is desirable
o Background in building science, energy efficiency, renewable energy is helpful
