Description

Fine Homebuilding media brand seeks a self-motivated, media savvy individual with 4 to 5 years’ related experience in digital advertising and project management to organize and coordinate the execution of media campaigns and programs for our advertising partners across our digital, social, video and print media platforms. Position requires an individual adept at serving both internal and external parties and able to juggle multiple priorities on a daily basis. Individual will also assist with creating multi-media client proposals based on client RFPs (request for proposals) and assist with event planning and other initiatives as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as point-of-contact for logistical and operational needs related to implementing and tracking advertising campaigns for external clients. Collaborate with internal departments – sales, content, ad ops, technology, and creative services teams - to launch, trouble-shoot and ensure successful campaign fulfillment.

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Ad Ops and creative teams to implement promotions, sweepstakes, digital campaign elements, and added value programs, including troubleshooting, and creating new initiatives on a daily basis.

  • Create schedules of campaign elements based on Insertion Orders for planning and executing campaigns.

  • Work closely with sales team, advertisers and agencies to provide specs & assets needed. Participate in conference calls as needed to ensure all custom campaign elements are met, collecting assets, reformatting/building creatives, coordinating all necessary information to the correct parties, and making sure all deadlines are hit internally and externally.

  • Meet with ad traffickers and key internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis and review live campaigns to ensure campaigns adhere to clients’ objectives.

  • Communicate with Advertiser/Agency contacts and meeting their expectations/objectives across all brands. Provide screenshots, reporting, optimization recommendations, and troubleshoot client and creative/site issues.

  • Coordinate post-campaign summary reports utilizing data and information provided/verified by ad ops, web producer, editorial, technology, & sales. Gather campaign screen shots / proof of campaign for placements for preview and client recap reports.

  • Assist team in providing in-house reporting and analytics for Advertising and Campaigns, as well as providing ad hoc reporting requested by Advertisers/Agencies. Evaluate campaign success using reporting, optimization, benchmarks, and third party research partners to make recommendations and create upsell opportunities for sales (Google Analytics, comScore, Brightcove, etc.)

  • Attend and assist in coordinating trade shows and client events, as needed. (Must be willing to travel up to 25%.)

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of related experience in digital advertising / marketing operations / project management

  • Bachelor Degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Working knowledge/experience with Google Analytics, comScore, DoubleClick (DFP Premium), Experian/email marketing/ lead gen programs.

  • Strong knowledge of digital media (social, email, web) programs

  • Experience with creating client proposals and wrap-up reports

  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and analytical

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Events planning experience a plus

  • Some travel required (up to 25%)
