Maclay Architects is seeking a Senior Architect to join the leadership team of our Vermont-based firm with a regional and national reputation focused on consistent and proven delivery of net zero and ecological design projects. The successful candidate will become an integral part of our vibrant firm, with potential for an ownership interest. We are a small firm of 10 professionals, working in a collaborative, studio format.
Requirements:
- Licensed professional with 10+ years of experience
- Experience in planning, design, and construction administration for institutional and commercial projects
- Experience and competence in sales, marketing, and administration including business development, proposal writing and fee negotiation
- Interest and experience in sustainable design and technology
- Willingness to mentor junior staff in all areas of project management
