How to Earn Your Patch and Certificate


  1. Fully complete the requirements in each of the sections: Learn, Explore, and Act.

  2. Record what you do on the Requirements Worksheet and have your youth group leader, teacher, or adult mentor initial each requirement to indicate that you have completed each requirement with excellent effort and high quality work.

  3. Have your youth group leader, teacher, or adult mentor send the completed Requirements Worksheet along with a Certificate Order Form to NESEA.

Adult mentors and or parents must accompany and directly supervise youngsters and teenagers during field trips at all times and follow all reasonable safety guidelines.
