Gregory Elcock is the Section manager for Targeted Demand Management programs s at Consolidated Edison. Before assuming this role he managed both the Multifamily and Small business Direct Install programs at the utility.
Mr. Elcock joined Con Edison in November 2009. Prior to joining Con Ed, he worked for the Community Environmental Center, one of the the largest Weatherization sub grantees in New York State. There he had overall responsibility for managing the agency’s multifamily energy efficiency programs in the New York City area. Mr. Elcock has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of the West Indies and Master of Science in Energy Management from New York Institute of Technology. He is an Association of Energy Engineers’ Certified Energy Manager, Certified Energy Auditor, Business Energy Professional and Certified Building Commissioning Professional. He is married to Louanne Forbes-Elcock and they have two kids Sadiqq and Schonn.
