Mudit’s focus on every project is to exceed stakeholder expectations by providing them contemporary and cost-effective solutions achieving the project goals utilizing deep green building design strategies. With the evolving landscape of the built environment industry, Mudit believes in staying ahead of the learning curve and his designs focuses on not just operational carbon emissions but takes a Whole Life Carbon approach, developing tactics like using low-GWP refrigerants in equipment and utilizing bio-composite materials.
Along with a deep understanding of thermal systems design and sustainable design skills acquired during Master of Engineering degree, Mudit has gained experience working in several different market sectors ranging from Commercial Offices, University Campuses, Multi-family and Mixed-use Residential buildings, Data Centers to Bio-Safety Level (BSL3) Animal Research Labs across 6 different climate zones in North America.
Mudit also employs advanced BIM technologies to make effective decision making and believes in an integrated approach to building design collaborating with architects, contractor and other sub-consultants alike paying attention to detail and achieving the highest standards of quality to create robust and resilient buildings of the future.
