Senior Project Manager, Project ADAPT - Led a project to replace the core information (finance and HR) system at Harvard. Proficient in database design and analysis.
Manager of Distributed Computing, Office of Information Technology - Led Harvard’s transition from mainframe computing to distributed and web-based computing and use of the internet.
World Game – 3 years
Executive Director World Game with Buckminster Fuller - Created and ran educational programs addressing global resource issues such as energy use and food utilization. Researched large databases on global information. Organized programs for the US Senate as well as numerous other university and research programs.
President, Energy Information Services - 5 years
Created an energy information services company providing energy research information to the US Department of Energy and the DC Energy offices. Wrote the first installation standard for solar thermal panels with the ASTM and DOE.
Manager of Education, Solar Science Industries – 2 years
Created and managed a solar and energy education program. Appointed a Smithsonian Associate and spoke at the Air and Space Museum on solar applications and research. Developed a comprehensive library of solar literature and read the 200+ energy related books.

Salem State College, BS in Social Welfare. 1983
Participated in solar energy educational sessions at MIT (1974) with team of people who eventually became the New England Solar Energy Association, now known as the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association.
Certified energy auditor NAHB, working and applied knowledge of LEED, NAHB, ASHRAE and IECC standards as well as the international building code, the Massachusetts Energy Stretch Code and Massachusetts building code.
