With over 30 years in the construction industry, Chris McNally brings expertise and a commitment to excellence to all of his projects, from high-end residential construction & renovations and high-profile commercial projects, to innovative, sustainable and “smart” construction designs and solutions.
Known for meticulous attention to quality, design, and workmanship - as well as scheduling and close budget oversight - he advocates - and acts as intermediary - for owners, effectively collaborating with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and artisans to bring projects to completion, successfully and to the owner’s satisfaction.
Highly skilled in team communication & collaboration, conflict resolution, and project troubleshooting, he interfaces on behalf of his clients with attorneys, insurers, coop & condo boards, and city agencies, as needed. He is known for his success in getting stalled projects back on track, detecting & remediating hidden defects and previous construction mistakes, and rescuing projects that have suffered catastrophic damage.
He is LEED accredited and has recently expanded his practice to support sustainable building design & practices as well as high performance energy efficiency solutions that create healthier environments and increase property values.
With an eye to future innovation, he has completed the Passive House training program offered by the International Passive House Institute and attended the International Passivhaus Conference in Germany where he completed an intensive workshop focused on evolving window technologies that greatly reduce energy waste.
A compelling public speaker, he has served as a panelist at the Council of NY Cooperatives and Condominium's Annual Housing Conference.
