We are a small design/build company that  has been building high performance homes and energy retrofitting, renovating and restoring existing homes for over thirty years using green and sustainable building practices.You are someone who enjoys working within a team committed to a common goal  of minimizing our impact on climate change. 

We are looking for someone with strong Revit skills to assist our architect in creating schematic, design development, pricing and construction document sets. Weekly hours will vary depending on need (3 - 10 hrs./week), and it would be possible to work from home some of the time. There will also be some meetings in our office in W. Chesterfield with our architect. We are booked solid with new builds into 2023, so there will be a continuous pipeline of design work, and we are currently designing about 6  new homes starting in spring as soon as the ground thaws.
