Jack Miller Contractors is seeking exceptional superintendents to serve two geographic regions – our Williamstown-to-Southern Vermont-based clients and Williamstown-to-Southern Berkshire County-based clients.

The Job Responsibilities of the Superintendent Position include:
Plan and lead the on-site work
Mentor the field crew and assistant superintendents
Communicate effectively and relate well with clients, architects, engineers and architects, trade partners, and teammates
Utilize technological and paper systems to track and share information
Exercise quality control and ensure a clean, safe job site
Work for the good of our clients, our company and its people, and our trade partners
