Senior Manager/Director of Customer Success

Company:

Steven Winter Associates

Location:

New York, NY

The Position and Team

Steven Winter Associates (SWA) is launching a new software-as-a-service business line and is looking for an experienced Customer Success professional who wants to take the next step in their career.

As the first dedicated employee on this new energy management platform targeted to real estate owners and managers you will lead all initiatives relating to customer success and work directly with the executive team to build this exciting new business.

You will be expected to take an entrepreneurial approach and a customer focused mindset to:

Champion the voice of the customer inside the organization – representing it to the rest of the team such as tech/product development, operations, etc.
Engage with prospects and customers to help them be successful at every point in the lifecycle. Represent the company, be knowledgeable about all aspects of the platform and relay that to our clients.
Create processes and systems that will help us scale successfully, looking towards a future state where you manage a multi-person customer success team.
Establish and own key customer success systems and processes such as Zendesk, Pendo, etc.
Promote growth, retention, and success metrics and KPI’s – providing insights and recommendations to the team.
Be a generalist, bring your voice to the table and work alongside the executive team as a key member of this new offering helping it succeed.

Steven Winter Associates, Inc. has been leading the energy efficiency and conservation landscape in the built environment for nearly 50 years. We are proud of our history and accomplishments, but the real story of SWA is the future. There is still much to be done to improve the built environment in response to Green New Deal investments, unprecedent corporate commitments and an accelerating climate tech space which is being supported by trillions of dollars of federal funding to improve the country’s infrastructure and reduce carbon emissions.

Our New York office is currently closed due to COVID-19. This position will otherwise be a work from home position until the office reopens.
