Wendel Klein Builders, a design-build firm serving the greater Cambridge area, is looking for an
experienced carpenter to join our growing team.

This is a toolbelt-on position for someone who is capable of working independently or as part of
a team, has reliable transportation, and has the desire to develop their skills and grow. Our ideal candidate has at least 10 years of residential experience on a wide range of renovation projects.

Preferred knowledge and skills include:

A high level of experience working with all hand and power tools commonly used for residential construction
Top-notch customer service and professionalism
The ability to support and work effectively with on-site crew and trades
Willingness to contribute to a positive work culture and support the WKB team
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 7:30am – 4:00pm. Compensation is
$30-$45 depending on experience, with benefits including 8 paid company holidays plus 2
weeks paid time off; an annual tool allowance; health and dental insurance; continuing
education assistance; and a wellness reimbursement program.
