Bensonwood, a design-build company, located in Walpole, NH, seeks an energetic full-time associate to join the Building Systems team.

Position Summary
The Building Systems Associate will be part of the Building Systems Team currently located at our facility in Walpole, NH.  Reporting to the Building Systems Team Leader and working with a team of 25 associates, the Building Systems Associate will assist in the production of all building systems that create a ‘Bensonwood Home’.  

We are willing to train the right candidate for this full-time role but the ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years on-site experience

  • Computer literacy and familiarity in AutoCAD or similar programs helpful

  • Desire to learn & apply innovative green building techniques

Essential role functions

  • Standing for long periods of time, walking and running

  • Using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls

  • Ability to:

    • Lift at least 50lbs

    • Navigate at high elevations

    • Safety operate hazardous equipment

    • Travel, sometimes for a weeks at a time, as this role includes site time

    • Work in all weather conditions and temperatures

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Compensation

  • Compensation will be based on skill level and experience with anticipated hourly wage range between $12 to $16 per hour
