High-Performance Open House

NESEA members and guests are invited to the first public open house for this two-year total gut renovation of an 1897 farmhouse into a high-performance luxury home. Following a deep energy retrofit, the home is expected to certify under the LEED for Homes (applying for Platinum), ENERGY STAR, Indoor airPLUS, and Zero Energy Ready Home programs. The architectural character of the vintage home has been maintained while adapting it for 21st century living.
