BE the Future is a scholarship initiative that provides interested students with an on-ramp to NESEA. Students receive a one-day pass to BuildingEnergy Boston and a one-year NESEA membership. All it takes is a commitment of $250 to bring a student into this thriving community. New Year, New Look: Changes to NESEA.ORG

You may have noticed that nesea.org looks a bit different lately. We have restructured our website menu and redesigned many of our landing pages to make it easier for you to find what you are looking for. We will continue to roll out small changes throughout 2017, so stay tuned!

New York Passive House 2017 Conference & Expo Call for Papers

Need a 2017 New Year's Resolution? Here's one—present at the largest Passive House conference in New York!

First Full CLT Building to be Built in NY by New Energy Works

NESEA Member New Energy Works Timberframers is building the first complete Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) project in New York State. They will be raising the timber frame and flying the CLT panels the week of January 23, 2017 at their headquarters in Farmington, NY. The company sees CLTs as the wave of the future as the opportunities with CLTs are abundant for businesses and housing and offer dramatic environmental benefits.
