NESEA's New Strategic Plan

NESEA's Board of Directors is proud to present the organization's new strategic plan. This five-year plan reflects eight months of intensive work by NESEA’s Board of Directors and Staff to identify strategic goals and actions toward fulfilling NESEA’s mission. Learn more and read the full the strategic plan here.

We encourage you to offer feedback either online through this form (you must be logged in to access the form) or in person at BuildingEnergy Boston. NESEA's Board of Directors will be offering a Board Listening Session on Thursday from 3-4PM.

On a more personal note, NESEA's Board Chair, Phil Kaplan, has shared how this strategic plan and his involvement with NESEA feeds his desire to be a change agent during challenging times here.
