Virtual Pro Tour: Campus Built for LBC Certification

Friday, January 29, 12:30–2:30pm: Join NESEA for the first virtual Pro Tour of 2021, hosted by Kaplan Thompson Associates and featuring a recently completed non-profit campus built for Living Building Challenge certification. The project team will be sharing the key strategies used in pursuit of the certification, including materials selection, mechanical systems, and the design and construction approach.

Propose a Virtual Pro Tour!

We are accepting proposals for our spring virtual Pro Tour series, which will run from February to May. In-person events are on-hold, but we've translated this program into a virtual format that preserves its key elements: deep dives with interdisciplinary project teams and interaction with speakers and other attendees.

While we accept proposals for any relevant projects in the Northeast, we are particularly interested in those that include a diverse project team in terms of race, age, gender, and other identity markers as well as projects that connect to themes of racial and social justice.

The deadline to submit a proposal is Friday, January 22. Contact Florence MacGregor at (413) 774-6051 ext. 10 or fmacgregor@nesea.org with questions.

Join the Advisory Committee

We are recruiting a small group of NESEA Members to serve on the Pro Tour Advisory Committee. The committee will vet the proposals and make recommendations for which projects to feature. To apply to join the committee, please email Florence MacGregor at fmacgregor@nesea.org by January 12.
