Pro Tour: Net Zero, Renovated Warehouse Suites in New York's Capital Region

Event Date: Friday, May 23, 2025
Time: 1pm-5pm
Location: Latham, NY 12110
CEU Information: AIA (pending)
Cost: $35 Members/$45 Non-Members

We are thrilled to kick off the 2025 Pro Tour series with this May event, showcasing a formerly vacant commercial building that has been transformed into an all-electric, net zero co-warehousing facility. The result is a building that provides spaces for community businesses to grow and prosper.

Our event will begin with an opening workshop where the team will discuss the history, goals, and design and construction strategies. Attendees will then break into small groups to tour the facility while hearing more from the interdisciplinary team of experts who made the building possible. After the tour, we’ll regroup for a reception and Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to chat with the day’s speakers and each other.
