Join NESEA in Connecticut for a Pro Tour featuring an exciting collaboration between two NESEA Bottom Lines members (Wolfworks and Rare Forms). The client was interested in creating a low impact high performance home that will produce all the energy required for their farm. This tour will dig into the logistics of collaborating with a panel fabricator, detailing the assembly to maximize installation efficiency and identifying assemblies and materials utilized on this project to comply the clients budget. This project will be unfinished at the time of the tour, allowing for a comprehensive look at the work going into this building.
Our day will start with an opening presentation from the project team, including the developer and architect, where attendees will learn about the history of this renovation, the vision for the extensive the high-performance work being done there, and the complex financing strategies. Attendees will then break into small groups to tour the building while hearing more from the interdisciplinary team of experts who made it possible. After the tour, we’ll regroup for a reception and Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to chat with the day’s speakers and each other. We hope to see you there!
