Studio G seeks a creative and enthusiastic Architect/PM with 6–10 years’ relevant experience to work closely with the Principal-In-Charge, Senior Project Manager and project teams. Responsibilities include preliminary design through construction documentation and administration, as well as management of a design team. Experience in multi-family housing required, experience with K12 and civic projects also desired.

Minimum requirements: B.Arch or M.Arch diploma; experience with multifamily housing; construction administration experience required; proficiency in Revit; excellent design, client communication, and project planning skills; demonstrated experience with programming, design, consultant coordination, and construction document production; ability to collaborate internally and externally; ability to lead a team and to take input and direction.

Highly Desirable: MA architecture license; experience with educational and Massachusetts public projects; sustainable design expertise and commitment to AIA 2030; ability to assist in managing project budgets and team workflow; LEED AP, PHIUS or other sustainable design certification.
