Phase Change Solutions (PCS) is a global leader in developing and supplying phase change materials (PCMs). The company's proprietary PCMs, collectively referred to as BioPCM®, have been certified to include 100% bio-based content and are listed among the USDA's BioPreferred® products. The BioPCM® platform uses a combination of naturally-available materials, waste streams from the petrochemical industry, and additives. PCS is a smart materials company focused on temperature management across a range of industries, including cold chain, buildings, solar PV, and energy storage.

The Phillips Academy Climate Action Plan (CAP) presents a comprehensive, whole-school approach to engaging with climate change and sustainability. Our overarching goal is to promote climate justice while we address campus energy use, greenhouse gas emissions, water use, and waste. The CAP principles are: 1. Educate and engage the entire community on climate change, climate justice, and sustainability, 2. Increase the sustainability of campus buildings and infrastructure; conserve energy, reduce water use, reduce and divert waste; generate and use cleaner and renewable energy.
