We are a western-Massachusetts-based non-profit organization helping people in our region into better-paying clean energy jobs and careers. Currently, we're focused on Home Energy Rating careers (H.E.R.S). We can help you learn about H.E.R.S and explore other initiatives to help you personally contribute to global energy conservation. We're engaging with local communities and introducing people entering the workforce to better-paying careers with opportunities for professional growth. Our Home Energy Rating Training Initiative aims to help BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) and those living in lower-income neighborhoods thrive in the green energy sector.
