We work behind the scenes as an extension of our partners’ technical teams, providing scalable engineering capacity to help manage project volume, deadlines, and specialized modeling requirements without adding permanent overhead.
Our experience includes ENERGY STAR Multifamily New Construction (MFNC), Enterprise Green Communities (EGC), Ultra-Low Energy Building (ULEB), NYC Energy Code and ASHRAE 90.1 performance modeling, as well as energy analysis supporting Local Law 97 compliance planning.
