Project Manager/Project Architect for K12 Projects (8-12+ years' experience)
We seek an experienced, creative Project Manager/Project Architect with 8-12+ years’ experience in design and management of K12 projects.
Highly Desirable: Significant K12 experience, especially MA public schools and high-performance projects; proficiency overseeing Revit production
Minimum requirements: B.Arch or M.Arch; MA or other architecture license; strong communication and collaboration skills; demonstrated experience as PM leading design efforts, client and community presentations, and overseeing construction drawings; demonstrated skills in consultant coordination and client relationships; experience with fee proposals; ability to manage project teams and budgets; organizational skills and ability to work independently.
