Architect/Designer with 3-5 years Design Firm Experience
Highly Desirable: 5 years of experience in design firms; MA architecture license or ARE exams underway; experience with MA public design projects; experience with high performance buildings; commitment to AIA 2030; LEED and/or PHIUS certification; experience with Enscape, and Indesign; some experience with consultant coordination.
Minimum requirements: B.Arch or M.Arch; experience with multi-family housing and/or educational/civic projects; proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite; strong communication skills; demonstrated experience producing design, presentation, and construction drawings; self-starter with ability to take direction and collaborate with others; curiosity and eagerness to learn.
