Benjamin + Company is a Brunswick-based residential construction and timber framing company with a commitment to quality, building science, and craft. We integrate leading building science, renewable energy systems, and high-performance construction practices into every project, all while honoring the enduring traditions of the craft. We’re proud of the team we’ve built and the values we share for each other, our clients, our work, and the community in which we live. Our service area is within 30 minutes of Brunswick. These are long-term positions, not just a paycheck.
The Work
- Custom, high-performance residential homes—framing through finish
- Advanced building envelope systems: air sealing, insulation, weatherization
- Interior finish work: trim, built-ins, stairs, and custom millwork
- Collaboration with other trades toward seamless, high-quality results
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of residential construction experience
- Solid hands-on experience with framing and finish carpentry
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-first attitude and clear communication
- Comfort with physically demanding work and working at heights
- Basic tool set, valid driver’s license
- Bonus: high-performance building experience (Passive House, air barriers, etc.), OSHA 10/30
