Net Zero Ready Multi-Family Buildings: How Are We Doing?

As we start to collect and evaluate utility, commissioning, and indoor environmental data from our first generation of large-scale Passive House multifamily buildings, we are learning a lot about what we are doing right and what we are doing wrong. This session will explore findings from different research efforts, including in-depth analysis of utility bills for occupied PH and non-PH buildings and analysis of domestic hot water benchmarking data for over 17,000 multifamily buildings in NYC. We will also discuss the importance of energy recovery ventilation commissioning.
