Lance Williams is a Site Manager for Marion Scott Real Estate, Inc. Lance currently oversees the day-to-day operation for Earl W. Jimerson Housing Co., Inc., a 422 unit Mitchell Lama Cooperative located in Brooklyn, NY. As site manager, Mr. Williams has made a concerted effort to make Jimerson Housing more energy efficient through capital improvements such as upgrading building facades and replacing air condition sleeves as well as signing up for the Mayor’s Carbon Challenge in 2014. Since the beginning of 2016, Mr. Williams has worked closely with the NYC Retrofit Accelerator program which has been instrumental in assisting Jimerson Housing in obtaining funding for a site wide LED lighting upgrade in addition to providing resources to having a Combined Heat and Power plant on site through incentives offered by Con Edison and NYSERDA. Mr. Williams has over ten years' experience in property management and holds the Registered in Apartment Management (RAM) designation through the National Association of Business Owners (NABO).
