Francisco came to this country as an immigrant from Mexico. His first job was as a dishwasher at a restaurant on Wall Street. Then he started working in a hardware store, which was like his university to learn everything he knows about plumbing, electricity, and construction. After that he got the opportunity to be a building super, which came easily to him. This led to the opportunity to do extra work in the building, so he registered his first small company, Gonzalez General Repair (which later became Laguna General Repair) thanks to the owners of Viking Management, John and Daniel Ilibassi.
