Karen has a background in housing and energy policy and affordable housing development. She currently works in the New York City Housing Authority's Asset and Capital Management Division, which leads the Authority’s capital, sustainability, and resiliency programs. Previously, she supported statewide energy and climate policy development at the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, with a focus on building decarbonization and modeling.
