Frank Maricic heads the New York office for Energy Management Systems, Inc., a national provider of real-time energy management, monitoring, control and submetering solutions. Frank has been directly involved with energy efficiency retrofits, project management and financing since 2009, when he founded Green Efficiency Consulting. Hired as the Energy Manager for the Town of Somers NY, he performed energy audits on the Town’s portfolio of municipal buildings, managed their lighting retrofit and solar PV projects, and led the Greenhouse Gas Inventory and Climate Action Plan teams.
Frank co-founded the Building Performance Contractor Association’s downstate chapter. He organized and moderated their first event, The Green Workforce Conference, which helped launch the Energize NY program. Frank is also a founding member of Sustainable Westchester, a consortium of 44 towns formed to develop cooperative energy programs that benefit local communities in the Westchester County region.
