Generation Power CT
Claire is an early-career project coordinator at the Hartford-based nonprofit, Generation Power CT. At GPCT, she leads community-forward engagement and research activities to educate and empower communities across the state. Some of her notable past projects include the “Emerging Public Health Needs for Climate Smart Technology in Connecticut Affordable Housing” cross-sector research study with researchers from the Yale School of Public Health and leading strategic outreach through Energize CT’s Community Partnership Initiative. She recently co-presented on the importance of resident engagement and multi-stakeholder partnerships at the National Energy & Utility Affordability Coalition (NEUAC) Annual Conference in Charlotte, as well as a student research poster at the Connecticut Public Health Association’s Annual Meeting in 2024. Claire remains committed to leveraging local knowledge and strengthening relationships with underserved communities to facilitate equitable decision-making processes and sustainable energy solutions. She holds a B.A. in Political Science with Honors and a B.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Connecticut (Go Huskies!).
