Following his years in Project Finance, where he evaluated companies in a number of markets, he served as an advisor to startups and new initiatives, relying on behavioral science, finance and competitive theory to see what’s shaping a market. With a desire to focus more on the climate, he founded Erase40.org to help speed the adoption of zero energy buildings. Recently he joined NYSERDA’s RetrofitNY team in NYC and is focused on the mechanisms that will make for a robust zero energy retrofit market. He is a graduate of NYU and of SGIB’s investment banking program.
