John joined Chapman in 2011 and leads Chapman’s sustainability group. He has over 20 years of construction management and sustainable construction experience. As a PHIUS Certified Passive House Builder, Living Future Accredited and LEED Accredited Professional John helps our clients develop and achieve their sustainability, carbon reduction, and high-performance building goals. John brings creative thinking, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills to every project with which he is involved.
