Sara Cooper is the Director of Operations and a Co-Owner at BrightBuilt Home, where she blends a sharp operational focus with a commitment to sustainable, impactful design. With a foundation in the sciences, having studied Physics at the University of California, Berkeley, Sara brings a uniquely analytical and strategic perspective to the firm.

Her career is rooted in operations management, with a specialized focus on training and development to foster a high-performing team environment. At BrightBuilt Home, Sara is instrumental in leading the firm's non-design functions, including finance, marketing, and client relations.

She is deeply committed to continuous business improvement and sustainability, maintaining an active membership in NESEA (Northeast Sustainable Energy Association) and participating in NESEA's BuildingEnergy Bottom Lines program. This initiative utilizes a peer coaching model to significantly advance companies in three key areas: people, planet, and profit. She is an active member of AIGA.
