Tracey Weeden, LICSW, is an Executive Director of the BMC Brockton Behavioral Health Hospital, with more than 25 years of experience in behavioral healthcare. Tracey’s focus is on operational effectiveness by designing sustainable systems of care, strategic planning and capacity building. She is a board member for non-profit and government boards that aim to improve social determinants of health and increase health equity across diverse communities.
