Yossi is a senior engineer and the President at Taitem where he oversees the firms operations. He is also the Partner in Charge of the design department providing quality assurance on all projects. Among his notable projects are the design of solar thermal DHW systems for several City of Ithaca buildings, structural design for the Dalai Lama’s NY-based monastery, and oversight of the design of many high-efficiency, all-electric, multifamily and mixed-use buildings including Ithaca Arthaus, a 120-unit, affordable housing project. Yossi is a licensed professional engineer in NY, PA, CO, MI, ME and NH. He holds a BS and MS in civil and environmental engineering, both from Cornell University.
