Attendees toured two projects built by hosting company Sunwood Builders: a 13-unit condominium project and a 28-unit co-housing project. Because these two projects are being built by the same team, similar design and construction techniques are being used on both, which gave attendees the unique opportunity to see very similar projects in very different stages of development in the same tour.
