NYSERDA is anticipating launching a new upstate affordable multifamily incentive program in early Q1 2026. The program will provide incentives for technical assistance and energy efficiency and high efficiency building electrification upgrades, and replaces the upstate Affordable Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program (AMEEP), which closed to new applications on October 31, 2025.

This webinar will provide a high-level overview of the new program. Additionally, the new program will be supported by technical assistance opportunities and a multifamily contractor network that are available to participate in now.
