Non-Profit & Government Pricing: To qualify for Non-Profit/Government member pricing, you must be an employee of a current NESEA Non-Profit/Government Member. Emerging Professional Pricing: To qualify for emerging professional pricing, you must be a current NESEA Emerging Professional Member. Emerging professional membership ($50) is available to professionals who have been working in their current industry for 5 years or less. Spring 2026 Be The Future Scholarship: As part of our ongoing efforts to welcome more students and new professionals into our programs and community, NESEA will be opening the Spring 2026 BE the Future scholarship cycle for students and emerging professionals soon. Commonwealth Corporation Workforce Training Fund: Eligible Massachusetts residents may apply for grants through the Commonwealth Corporation's Workforce Training Fund Express Program to cover the cost of attending BuildingEnergy Boston. Learn more and apply here.
Refunds & Credits
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for conference passes. If you cancel your registration by March 1, you may request a credit for a future NESEA event. You may also request a credit at any time if you need to cancel for health reasons.
