Calling All HERS Users: Help Evaluate and Improve HERS-Related Training Programs

Diversity, equity, and concern for the environment are alive and well in Springfield, Massachusetts. Our non-profit, the Afro-American Workforce Development Group has received a generous planning grant from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center to evaluate and improve HERS-related training programs. We want to understand how well current HERS training meets real-world needs—and how it can be made even more valuable for the professionals who rely on it.

We’re conducting brief Zoom-style interviews (30–40 minutes) with HERS users and would love to hear from you. As a thank-you, we’ll make a donation to a cause of your choice on your behalf.
