Selfhelp Realty Group/ The Melamid Institute for Affordable Housing is the real estate development and property management entity of Selfhelp Community Services. Founded in 1939 to assist Holocaust survivors arriving in NYC, we own over 1,500 residential units, run Senior Centers, and provide social services assistance to 20,000 NYers.
