Dover Housing Authority
We consist of neighborhoods of people—children, families, seniors and persons with disabilities --- living together making up a community of residents living along the Cocheco River starting at Whittier Falls in Dover, New Hampshire. Since the 1950’s, the Dover Housing Authority has served families, seniors and individuals with disabilities by providing rent subsidies for permanent housing to those qualifying for subsidies due to low household incomes. Each month 877 households are subsidized in our public housing program or the housing choice voucher program.
