TE2 grew out of an unfilled need to design “high-performance” HVAC systems that were Comfortable, Quiet, and promoted healthy Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). Established in 2010, the company has grown to provide a list of engineering services such as building/energy analysis, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) design, and renewable energy design. The company also serves various markets such as residential, multi-family, office/retail, hotel, and data center projects, including LEED and Passive House projects.
