Diversity and Inclusion Meet Up

This  interactive community event is for traditionally under-represented people, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA, women, and people with disabilities, to connect, share experiences, and build community together. 

Building on the success of the member-led Diversity Caucus events that BuildingEnergy conferences have been hosting since 2019, this meet-up will begin with a welcome and framing from members of NESEA's Board of Directors' Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging committee. After that, we'll move into small group/paired breakouts to connect with one another, guided by prompts designed to let people build meaningful connections.
