Participants will engage with each other in a conversation across generations — speaking as both ancestor and future descendant — to tap into the wisdom, strength, and clarity that transcends urgency and unlocks enduring leadership. It is a time for the hidden voices of our generation to emerge and be heard.

Through storytelling and paired reflection, this keynote session will activate key dimensions of the Inner Development Goals, cultivating self-awareness, inner compass, long-term visioning, and perspective-taking.
